Rendezvous
On Arrival in Belize
Arrive at Belize City International Airport (BZE), and be met with an IE representative, where we will transfer you to the Belize Biltmore Plaza. We coordinate pick-ups based on your international flight arrival time provided. Our driver will be waiting for you outside the main terminal (where passengers exit) and will have an "Island Expeditions" sign.
"I will be arriving into the Belize international on the scheduled Day 1 of my Double Atoll tour."
Once you clear customs be here to meet you here on Day 1 at the time confirmed with our Canadian head office. If you do not see our driver within twenty minutes, please contact our Dangriga office at 522-3328 or 522-0078 to let us know your status.

Whether traveling independently before your trip or arriving by any port other than the International Airport, please contact our office for assistance with confirming your Day 1 rendezvous. If you are traveling in Belize in advance of your trip we recommend you call our office in Dangriga prior to Day 1 to confirm you have in fact arrived and will be rendezvousing on Day 1 as arranged with our Canadian office.
Return to Dangriga / Departure from Belize
On Sunday we depart Glovers Reef Atoll at 9:30 am and arrive back in Dangriga by approximately 11:00 am.
Travel note: For those making connections home on this day, international connections departing Belize should be booked after 3pm.
You will require a 20 minute flight from Dangriga to the International Airport and we are happy to make this reservation for you in advance. We will have a vehicle waiting to take you to the Dangriga airstrip. If you are unable to find a return flight after 3pm on the departure day, we have Flight & Hotel Packages available.
