Today or in the next business day, you will receive your confirmation along with links to your Pre-Trip planning information.
- 30 DAYS - Full payment is due. When reserving with less than 30 days before departure, final payment is due 7 days after we send your Trip Confirmation.
- 20 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - Your Medical Information Form and Release of Liability Waiver are due.
- 14 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - You will receive final rendezvous letter and emergency contact numbers by email.
- 7 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - We will contact you by phone to go over any last minute details, answer any questions, and ensure you are comfortable with all of the arrangements.
