Start Location: Belize International Airport
Start Day: Sunday
Departure Time: Dependent on your arrival into the country. Once you’ve landed in Belize City, you will fly to Dangriga via. Maya Island Air
Departure Location: Maya Island Air – Belize International Airport (BZE)
End Day: Sunday
End Time: 11:30AM
End Location: Islands Dock, Dangriga (see map of Dangriga below)
Note: If planning to fly internationally on this day, your flight must be 3:00PM or later. You will require a 15 min flight from Dangriga (DGE) to Belize International (BZE). Book directly with Maya Island Air or ask a trip planner for options.
Transfer Details:
Belize City to Dangriga: 15 min—FLY
Dangriga to Bocawina Rainforest Resort: 30 min—DRIVE
Dangriga to Glover’s Reef: 1hr 30min —BOAT

The Belize International Airport (BZE) is easy to navigate. After immigration, you collect your bags and move through the customs area. The whole process can take up to an hour. Please be advised that porters are not employed by the Airport Authority and can be pushy—you are not obligated to use their services. It is a very short distance to where you need to get to next.
