Book Your Trip In just a couple easy steps
Book Your Trip With Our Hosted Form
Step 1:
Call us toll-free at 1-800-667-1630 or email us at info@islandexpeditions.com to speak with one of our Trip Planners, to enquire about trip options.
Step 2:
Fill out your personal details, and a deposit of $300 per person is taken to secure your space.
What happens next?
Today or in the next business day, you will receive your confirmation along with links to your Pre-Trip planning information.
- 60 DAYS – Full payment is due. When reserving with less than 60 days before departure, final payment is due 7 days after we send your Trip Confirmation.
- 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – Your Medical Information Form and Release of Liability Waiver are due.
- 14 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – You will receive final rendezvous letter and emergency contact numbers by email.
- 7 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – Contact our office to go over any last minute details, answer any questions, and ensure you are comfortable with all of the arrangements.
