10 day/11 night expedition travels into the heart of the Cockscomb
Basin Jaguar Reserve, the world’s first and only jaguar
sanctuary which extends over 102,000 acres of lush tropical
wilderness. Developed and operated in partnership with the
Belize Audubon Society and the local village of Maya Center,
this trip combines a seven day ‘classic’ sea kayaking
and snorkeling journey along the Belize barrier reef, camping
on coral islands along the way, with a four day paddle on
the wildlife-rich South Stann Creek River.
