Founded in 1987, the Tofino Sea-Kayaking Company has been connecting small groups with the awesome wilderness of the westcoast of Vancouver Island for over 20 years. Operating primarily in Clayoquot Sound, home to the Nuu-Chah-Nulth for thousands of years, they explore some of the largest remaining temperate rainforests in Southern British Columbia. Throughout these waterways, impassable by vehicle, are miles of shoreline, inlets, islands, ancient village sites, halfmoon beaches and hot springs, all ideal for exploring with the silent mobility of a sea kayak.
Over the years they have introduced many outdoor enthusiasts to the adventures of sea-kayaking through overnight wilderness and lodge based tours, as well as our our industry-leading instructor programs.
