* What is included?

   On an Island Expeditions adventure you can expect:

• Accommodations and transportation within Belize starting the day before your trip starts (Day 0) right through to the last day of the trip
• All meals for the duration of the trip
• Services of Island Expeditions' leaders, Belizean and Guatemalan guides
• Waterproof dry bags for your use on river and sea kayak trips
• All group equipment, including sea and river kayaks, tents, field kitchen, VHF Radios and satellite communications for multi-day river trips
• Comprehensive pre-trip service and information package
• Financial support for conservation and education programs in Belize.

* What's not included?

• International Flights
• Scuba Diving Fees
• Airport taxes and border fees
• Personal equipment as per equipment list, snorkeling or dive gear
• Extra costs due to late arrivals, missed connections, inclement weather and other circumstances beyond our control
• Some hotels or transfers after the trip is completed, depending on your specific Itinerary

Cancellations and Refunds

Of course we regret any cancellations. Our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible. Many of our trip costs are incurred well in advance of trip departures and others may have been turned away because the trip is full. All cancellations must be received at our office in writing and refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

PLEASE NOTE: If a guest must cancel their trip prior to departure, and they can supply a replacement, only a $200 administration fee will be charged. The cancelling client is fully responsible for finding replacement clients to recieve a full trip refund. We strongly recommend that participants purchase airfare, trip cancellation and medical insurance for their protection in the event of illness. In the unlikely event Island Expeditions Co. may need to cancel a trip due to insufficient participants, the client will receive a full refund for their land portion of the trip.
